The PLATAN 2019 conference is an international conference merger of the Poznan meeting on lasers and trapping devices in atomic nuclei research (1995, 1997, 1999, 2001, 2004, 2006, 2009, 2013 and 2016) and the international conference on laser probing (2002 Leuven, 2004 ANL near Chicago, 2006 Vienna, 2008 Nagoya, 2010 TRIUMF, 2012 Paris and 2015 East Lansing).
