Last Tuesday, we received the new cryocooler-based 7 T superconducting magnet from the UK. The magnet was carefully unpacked and it graciously landed into the University of Granada's ground thanks to the excellent work of the crane operators.
Right now the magnet is resting at an auxiliary lab after the long travel. We expect to relocate the new magnet inside the lab and energize it in the following weeks after the remodelation of the lab floor is completed.
